User Content: Notes, documents, uploaded files, and any content you create within the Service are stored in our database to provide the Service.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including feature usage, AI generation requests, session duration, and device/browser information for analytics and improvement purposes.

Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

We use collected information to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) process your transactions and manage your account; (c) communicate with you about service updates and changes; (d) enforce our Terms of Use; (e) monitor usage patterns to improve performance and features; (f) provide AI-powered features using third-party AI services (content is sent to AI providers for processing).

When you use AI-powered features, relevant content from your notes may be sent to third-party AI service providers (such as Anthropic) for processing. This data is used solely to generate responses and is not retained by these providers beyond the immediate processing session, subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase (which uses Amazon Web Services). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest, and row-level security policies. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., Supabase for hosting, Anthropic for AI features); (b) law enforcement when required by law or to protect our rights; (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
